Driving to VA this past weekend the usual mountain scenery was dotted with various sized signs with peoples names on them, mostly ones I didn’t recognize but two that I did. The underlying message conveyed by the new additions to the scenery is one reflected by the flashing banner found here on this website... that is to vote! Make an informed decision and get out and exercise that American privilege. Headed up to see the grand kids we were, and of course I had an Ultralight rod loaded for action. Hurricane Delta was fast on our heels and the scene on Saturday morning-

No great monsters or numbers were caught but I did find my intended quarry hungry and cooperative.
The Waximus from a board member here fooled many Gills and the Trout Magnet did well also. The last fish of the morning was photographed in front of this skinny tall tree with bright orange ripened fruit.
