    Default Nice Surprise

First fish of the day, a nice crappie on a Mister Twister micro craw swam on a 1/64 jighead. Usually catch some swimming jigs in the spring here and then thats it. Crappie was the last thing I thought I would catch today. The other fish today on micro craw, Trout magnet w/overhead spinner, and a few on poppers. This is a shallow water pond. Monday, at another deeper water lake, could only manage a few small fish. Had 2 juvenile rat snakes sunning themselves nearby that day so one got his picture taken.Name: DSC00290.jpg

Fished same pond today. Wind really picked up with cold front approaching. Fished Creme angle worms rigged a few different ways and managed to catch a few decent fish. Those 2 hybrids put a nice bend in that little Fenwick!Name: DSC00293.jpg
