    SK, always looking for new ways to prepare my favorite eating fish... What's your method for blackened redears? Full on proper with cast iron, or just some blackening seasoning?

    No Luck those redear are very tasty on the table and a great fighting fish.....

    S10 yes I did.... Thank you for the awesome feedback....

    KScott these redear blackened are my favorite by far.... As of now I use blackening season and butter in the cast iron but I've acquired what looks to be another great way to blacken.... I'll reveal it after testing if it's better....
