    Default Appreciate the reports, new pics from tuesday(5/8)


    I appreciate those who have posted reports, bait&tackle, location&depth, etc.... I went yesterday, on the Red River, before the rain. We went scouting and found some good beds. I put some pictures of the honeycombs(beds) on here for you to check out. Also a shot of some pelicans. We kept 62 good sized gill, only 3 red ears were big enough to keep. Enjoy! Keep the corks a flushi'!!!

    One heck of a mess of gills, and lots of filleting. WTG on the big bulls. Healthy looking beds too, thanks for sharing.

    Way to go tate. Hope the rain doesn't come the next few days like they are predicting. Hope to go this weekend. I went yesterday morning. Had been fishing about 45 min. and started a light rain. Fish just shut down on me. Ended with about 18 nice fish that I gave to some people at the ramp...

    Default great pic of beds 5/10 red river

    A great pic of what we're fishing right now. A shot of the lake and some dynamite beds. We caught around 40 keepers today. Fish are moving out right now and are not stacked so tight on the beds. The bigger fish are coming out of about 6ft of water. One pic is of a beautiful colored goggle eye(warmouth). The water is dropping so we are going to have to find the fish again soon. Keep the corks a flushin'!!!
