Look good, they will work, just add a Crappie nibble.
These folks advertised and introduced us to these here on CDC a while back. When I inquired with them, they sent me these to try. I like fishing spoons and usually find most too heavy for UL applications, though I’m sure there are some I don’t know about. I have high hopes for these and will report back when I get em wet. The screwdriver bit is just for scale, and I still don’t know how to load a picture.

I have some also and will try them again come spring. For this time of year, in TN, it is hard to fish those deep enough unless you attach a split shot above them....which I don’t like to do.

I don’t have the depth some of y’all do, and though we have some hard bottom, I wouldn’t bet my terminal tackle on that. Junk everywhere. I’m Shad fishing tomorrow and they like a spoon so I might tie one on and see. I bought some #16 black swivels and plan on tying one a short way above the spoon. Should be interesting.......

Tried the spoons today, and can surely say that they were better suited for a fly rod in today’s conditions. The wind was about 10 and was blowing or baits around pretty good when it gusted. Casting just the spoon didn’t get it far. Adding a split shot about 1/32 made the casting easier and got it deeper down where the fish lived. Got smacked a couple of times but no solid takers. I haven’t given up on them, they’ll be back in play again one day soon. Til then, tight little lines.....Skeet.

I have interest in these myself. Keep us updated on them please. I think they would be good vertical jigging but might need slightly heavier.
