    Ledhead, I have seen cotton mouths in Ca. but those rattlers out there are as bad or worse...yiiikes!!!

    I’m 65 and if my memory serves me right, I have seen a total of 3 copperheads in my life that were alive after I saw them! Bad thing is, they are usually within 2 ft of me when I see them!

    a week ago yesterday, Sunday, I seen 5 cotton mouth in the water in a span of 1 hour. fortunately I was high on a foot path bridge...copperheads 0 so far...

    lol. i've already had a couple of encounters with a few since that incident. luckily they were all from the seat of my tractor 4 foot off the ground. do yall know what a 6ft bushog will do to a 4ft snake. its a beautiful thing to see.

    I ran into this Tropical Bird Eating Snake a couple weeks ago in Costa Rica. Not venomous but did get my attention since we were in the same area that the Fer de Lance lives. Copper heads and Copper noseName:  IMG_4248.jpg

    JD - don't know a lot about snakes - I know enough to go the other way. Not sure what we got out here that likes to swim but I do see snakes in the water at Lake Perris - seen them at Silverwood to.


    Stan - did you see a "Jesus Christ lizard"? Seen them on the Rio Sevagara.
