Default Southern pro / Road runners .

Picked up these Southern pro curly tails at the Grizzly show to give long lining a shot but used them today for farm pond gills . 1/32 Road Runner heads . Bream not on Beds yet but stacked up in 10 ft of water . Lost count at 40 or so . Did not keep any but took a few individual shots . Name: 20190402_161644.jpg

Just went to the normal bedding areas and fan cast back to deeper water . This seems to work most year around .

Good looking fish and 40 or so is a good number when the water is still pretty cold. Itching to get out myself, but haven't made it yet. I like the curly tail/Road Runner combos too. Haven't fished them like that, but often use the small slider bodies on Road Runner heads like you do.
