Default Slow bite but quality fish.

We hit it hard today and only got 2 nice gills, always nice to catch fish of this quality. Used the 1/32 oz. pony head with a smoke 1 3/4 in. curly tail grub. So far I am a believer in Izorline in 2lb. test smoke.Name: real 10 inchers 12-20-17 003.jpg

    Those are some tugboats there.
Always nice when they pull back and make it feel like you have a crappie on.

We have crappie in our lake but I have only caught one by accident fishing for bass. Now that I am targeting pan fish the crappie is my next go to species if I can find them. The one I did catch was a very nice one and pulled hard on a 1oz. tail spin. Can only imagine what it would be like on UL tackle.
