Size: 101.9 KBBig male copper nose hit hard on the pony head today. I got three of them all about this size, got another blue gill to but not quite the size of the copper nose. I am hooked on blue gill fishing! I did throw the big top water for striper today but no love.

Would you take a pic of what lures you use?

Nice healthy fish. Can't believe the fish are still in the shallows... What's the water temp?
Went down Saturday to pull the boat out - make sure it's ready for Havasu next spring. Tried the marina real quick and stuck a chunky female.
Boat will be off for 2 weeks so probably going to try some dock fishing. Got the underwater camera and portable depth finder batteries charged up.

Size: 91.1 KBThat is the lure I use to catch these gills, it's a 1/32oz. pony head jig with a 1 3/4 curly tail grub that I get off of E-bay.

I been looking for you out there Ledhed, Yeah they have not left the same spot all year yet, the water is 59 back there but I did see 60 on the dam today when I was at the tower throwing my top water for stripers.
