Bluegill bait
Saw this on another forum, but will try next time i go out. Secret bait for bluegill, was slim jims, cut with scissors, into tiny bits. Video showed bream, eager to hit. Anyone else tried this?

Don't know about gills, except for GrassHoppers & crickets--but can tell you some of the best bait I and the grand kids have found for largemouth bass is hot dogs, on way to fish would stop @ a local gas station & buy a few of those nasty gas station hot dogs( the ones been warmed all day, greasy & slimy), Wow the bass sure do love them things, the greaser the better.
I don't suffer from insanity; I enjoy every minute of it.....

I haven't tried Slim Jims but a bag of peel and eat shrimp will last a long time and they love it .
