    was the fish exhausted after spawning?caught 20-25 both sat./sun. in the 8-9 inch range and all fought very well.this has been my best bluegill fishing ever on size/numbers.so.maryland charles co. ponds.

    I've caught some lazy but large bluegills before....its a little odd. Was it a male or female?
