    Used to catch lots of those off the rocks along the hwy at the dam. Throwing small spin jigs. But these days I fish the small cuts about 1.4 miles above the dam. Those hold shell crackers but there out about 5 ft deeper then the rest.

    Dandy bluegill! A good bluegill/shellcracker bed is some of the most fun fishing you can have. Hope I never get tired of it. Going to have to give that Bison color a try.

    Thanks guys...these Gills have moved onto that spot for the past 3 years and stayed there mid September through November....but not this year. They have been hit and miss. Maybe anyday they will move in there and stay.
