    I always wondered what they taste like. I've eaten Oscar, Red Devil, and Tilapia. All of those are great, better than most of our native fish. The Red Devil, also called the Mayan, has a reddish/orangish colored flesh and is one of the best tasting fish I've ever eaten.

    If it was a real Bream www.gofishohio as well as ESPN would have been all over the story. They were not. That should have told you that something was fishy and it was not a Bluegill.
