If you're referring to the Warmouth as a "goggle eye", then....

Tails can be tipped with chartreuse or orange, or not.

Around here, it don't much matter what color you use, and in some cases it doesn't matter much on size of bait, either. Warmouth will attack most anything you throw around them, as long as they think they can stuff it in their mouths
We catch them throwing crankbaits (1/4oz) or jigs ... when Bass fishing. Some even hit a 6" worm or 4" plastic craw. And when they do, they're usually sent airborne over the boat & into the lake behind us !!

They do seem to like a Roadrunner (1/16oz), too !!

Oh, and if you're talking about a Rockbass .... even though it's a different fish than a Warmouth, the same colors & tactics will work for them, too.
