Default Bluegill and crackers on the big G

Went to Guntersville yesterday to try and catch some bluegill for my mother, who wanted a mess to host a fish fry for some friends from up north who had never been to a old fashioned Southern fsh fry.I fished for about 5 hours and ended up catching 128 bluegill and shellcrackers and keeping 35 crappie sized shellcrackers for her fish fry,now I have to take her soon,so she can bend a rod and listen to the line sing.RoflRofl

Wow sounds like a great time! Any quick tips on finding shellcracker on Guntersville? I have no problem finding bluegill, but I haven't managed to get the hang of consistently finding shellcracker there yet.

I just look for bluegill beds and hope the shellcrackers are a little deeper than the bluegills
