    Default Grubco

CP is right, you can't go wrong with Grubco...They're usually at my door the next day. They have mealworms (bait-size and large), wax worms, spikes, crickets and more. For more information about Grubco, go to the Articles/Tips page for the Grubco article or click on the Grubco link on top. Be sure to print out the information from the article or website on how to keep your baits healthy and live much longer.

    Thumbs up

Hi Frank, I'm from the IL. Quad Cities. The bait shop I use is Carbon Cliff bait .(formerly known as Pankey's). Both brothers are now gone or retired. Margaret runs a nice well furnished shop. During the warm season she is there from 5:00 am till 7.00 pm. . This is what I call a sleeper shop. It just looks like a normal shop, but they supply lots of other bait shops on a wholesale level. She gets wax worms in by the pallet load. They are the white, large ones. I use wax worms a lot and she thinks it is neat that I always return the plastic tubs.:D
Hope you are hammereing the bull gills and red ear down there. I'd like to be down there for a winter, but on a fixed income and didn't spend enough time fixing it.
I just think it is important to support our local shops when you can. It would be so sad to see all our suppliers be big box types. Mike

    Default Grubco

I have also used Grubco and was well pleased. I ordered one thousand crickets and recived my order in two days and not a single dead cricket in the order. Jimmy S.
