    Default California Redear. April 2010


    Went out with my buddy Ledhed and Jim got into some nice redear on full sized night crawlers and one of Ledhed's custom football jig heads. Highlight of the trip was switching to my new 21/2 foot ice rod and landing some tough fighting redear.

    Wow, I'm jealous, California has some hog shellcrackers doesn't it...some of those are easily over one pound it looks. They're my favorite freshwater species to fish for.
