    Default Bustin bulls with Pops


    So now that I've found these monster gills I called pops at 11... said be at my place by noon.
    Bagged it at work...ran home tied a few jigs for the day and off we went.
    Saw this deer on the way out ...


    Se we get there and I show him where the crappies were hangin by tagging a fast half doz...then he slides in for some action.I moved to the front of the boat and targeted that wild rice edge.
    Bingo.!

    I tagged a few more and then I said if you want gills you gotta get on the edge and stay out of that rice.If you go in you gotta reel back cause now you got weed hangin on T.H.E. Jig.

    I Was hitting them pretty good and laughing at pops getting into the rice or falling short and too far away from the edge.


    Eveytime I tossed another bull back he say's ya ain't gonna keep that beauty...nope.
    If you want to keep some ya gotta get themm yourself I says.
    Pretty soon he's getting his distance down...next thing I know he goes look at what I got on!


    None of the crappies where huge but some good eaters and he finally did catch a few bulls .....

    We also tagged 8 pike....talk about fun on those ul's!

    looks like a geat day thier with pops and a few big old bulls too boot.what is that cocl of jig you are using.
