The big fish continue to feed. They were a little more aggressive today taking garlands. Kept the bigger ones all near or at 2lbs. The bigger white bass are roaming as well.Name: 20231211_171206.jpg

I got out and enjoyed the nice weather this afternoon. Wt 52. Seems like the lmb moved in and the white bass moved out. Found a few suspended crappie schools over rock piles. Amazing to watch how they scatter when the sound of an airplane flies over. Needed to pitch a slip cork above them about 60-70ft away was key. Suspenders are spooky! Caught 9 keepers and a handful 8-10". Keepers turned into 2 dishes, I love the deep fried crappie roe.Name: 20231217_205301.jpg

Must have been a bass tourney cause there were lots of really nice boats out today. More than usual... WT 47-49, fished in 20-70 fow. North end was murky, middle section was normal. The shad are really starting to ball up in the channels. I might go after the blues soon.Name: 20231129_143602.jpg

Those ones were on Lake Fork jigs. Baitshop was out of minnows. I got rejected more than I could count that day.
