Thread: Texoma

No fishing yesterday or today. Making prep for hunting trip next week. Been asked to take someone fishing tomorrow even though it is supposed to be windy. I guess I'll see how it goes.

Thanks. The plan is to go hunting Sunday after church and stay till Tuesday evening. I had always be anxious to go in years past but this year I don't really care if I shoot something or not. I guess it's because I'm old and my back hurts 24/7 and if I shoot something I will have to process it. The taste of wild game greatly varies depending on the processing so I tend to be kind of picky about my processing.

Remember next year will only be harder and so forth and so forth; so if your up to it take advantage of it while you still can!

We process all of our meat. That way we know it’s ours, and done right.

I do the same.

My hunting buddy and I have both always processed our own meat. It’s the only way quality can be depended on.

Hunted Monday and Tuesday with my hunting buddy. I got a pretty big doe.
