Must be tearing them up while I sit at home. No one even has time between setting the hook to let me know I should be there too!

Redge they were all caught about 6-8' deep. It was a pretty rough day. We were there about 5:45 till 12:30 and only 8 keepers. my buddy did not catch any keepers just 7-9.5" . lots of bass and bluegills for us both. They dropped the lake about 4-6" while we were there.

Don't believe I've ever seen an oblong fish basket like that.
Callmecamo it is a vintage Mallinox brand fish basket made in France in the 50s. the oblong top opening sure makes it easy to slide slabs into! And they are very sturdy as well. when I get home I will take a better pic of the basket for ya!

Flooding Update - Feb. 26th, 8 am.
from Long Bay Marina
Received a call from the Corp this morning. The lake will be going to 570ft by Wednesday (16ft above normal - paved road in front of the store will be under water). This is not being called the crest as of yet because we have additional rain potentially coming tomorrow and Wednesday. They will be increasing the discharge from our dam to 40,000 ft3/s, but didn't know if we will be seeing an increase discharge from upstream coming to us.
Final crest will be based on if we see additional rain.
