I think it depends on the lake. I fish a few different lakes and it seems like some of them get updated more frequently. Probably depends on the employee that is resonsible to do it...
Why in the ***** can the Corp not post on their web site when and if they are releasing water. When to Chouteau Bend this morning they started dumping water out of Lake Hudson before noon and the bite shut off. Got home and checked the web site at 4:30 PM and it showed no water released since Thursday March 30 2017. NOT THE TRUTH!!!!!
Several HUNDRED people would liked to have know your plan so they could have made other plans.

The corp is not responsible for normal electrical generation releases from either Grand Lake or Hudson, that is controlled by GRDA. The corp does manage flood gate operations on these lakes.
GRDA dispatches their power based on demand from the Southwest Power Pool, The Corp dispatches based on Southwest Power Administration demand.
The Fort Gibson generation release schedule is located here Hydropower Release Schedule , I have not located any online schedule for GRDA units.
I fish the upper river section of Gibson quite a bit and understand your frustration.

Here is a page that has Keystone, Tenkiller, and Ft Gibson. Southwestern Power Administration It is to be noted that weather forecasts are more reliable than these "predicted" generation schedules. I used to drive once a month to Mountain Home Arkansas to Fly Fish the White and Norfork rivers for trout. Its 4 hours one way. I cannot tell you the times I have gone because the "predicted" generation schedule had no releases scheduled and not been able to fish due to heavy releases. (it is nearly impossible to wade fish those rivers if they are generating). Recreation is like the 5th priority of these dams, it appears they are not all that interested in accuracy. There used to be a phone number you can call that has a recording of current releases. I do not know if that is still going. It was accurate, the web sites can be wrong.
