What is "HB". I use the real stuff....menhaden oil on my jigs. Menhaden is an oily saltwater fish. It was REAL expensive when I bought it last. I paid $5.00/ quart. If it tastes like a fish........ well then.

That menhaden oil is some really nasty oily stuff. When I was stationed in Florida I used to buy it by the gallon to make chum. I would soak dry dog food in the menhaden oil and mix in some cut up Jacks or other trash fish and then fill a fine mesh chum bag with the stuff and hang it off of a cleat on my boat out in Tampa Bay. It would leave a slick on the water over 100 yards long. I think I paid around $12.00 a gallon back then. I think you can buy it on line but I am sure the price has gone up.
