    Default No Knots

I was given a package of "No Knots" which consists of a small piece of wire that the line is twisted around. This is a way to attach a line to a lure without a knot and get 100% knot strength. Supposedly great for crankbaits, spinners etc. Anyone ever used them and what is your experience with them?????

Oh man, I don't trust the look of that thing. I'd say there might be a reason someone was just giving those things away haha. Best of luck with them but they look pretty gimickey to me. I would bet braid would just slip clean off one of those, fluorocarbon might be your best bet with it's softer makeup. I would buy some super cheap discount spinner baits or plugs and try to get them snagged to see how those things hold up.

They make one with or without swivels

They are strong I used 50 pound braid on one for trout and reds on the coast

Set the hook hard on many fish
