The only one that I have fished much is Eufaula, Frank. My best color has been brown/orange.

Frank I guess the best colors of bait is the one you have confidence in. For me it's a light colored smaller bait in clearer water and a bigger darker color in stained water. When I say bigger Baits in stained water I'm using up to a 4" bait with great success. Every lake fishes different and every fisherman has his favorite color of bait. That's the reason there are 10k different colors out there.
For me it's very simple, confidence level high, and not often I vary from my color preference.
    Eufaula: Brown Pumpkin Black Flake/Chartreuse, Black/Pink, Black/Chartreuse, Lime/Chartreuse,Orange/Chartreuse
Dt Gibson: Pearl, Pearl/Chaetreuse, Salt n Pepper
    Tenkiller: Same as Ft Gibson.
Again it depends on water clarity and even the listed colors above will change with clarity.
Darker Stained Waters again I up size to a bigger profile longer bait. 3"-4" always.

I have good luck with red/chartreuse and black/chartreuse on Keystone.

I still have a hard time believing they won't eat anything when they're there and biting.
