Are you fishing brush? What depth are you finding them in? Thanks for a report from a lake that I think most of us fish once a year during Burn Camp!
Catching a limit of fish all from 10" to 13".taking guys that normally don't crappie fish. Still catching fish when I hit my limit hard to stop fishing when they are still biting. Catching most in midlake. Using bobby garland monkey milk. Usually have a limit in about 2 to 3 hours.

This is nice to hear, I fish Hudson a lot as we have a trailer there but crappie seem to always elude me. If you don't mind sharing a bit more. I fish the lower end of the lake mostly.
My parents have a place at Hudson South of 20 Bridge. I am like you Matfab, I have had a hard time getting into the crappie there. I'm going to try to sink some brush there soon and keep trying to figure it out. Why in the world would like lake NOT be a big producer? Like Matfab, any tips on the southern part is welcomed. I was excited to hear the report robinsranch, maybe the lake is on the rebound this year!
bringing this one back from the dead, anyone have a report after the burn camp? I haven't been out on the water for 4 weeks now i'm about to go crazy.
