Default Best Epoxy for Thru Hull Transducer???

Guess the rough waves this last friday was to much for the thru hull transducer, it separated from my boat again (this being the second time). What is the best epoxy out there for the transducers? I know surface prep is very important and I was very careful this last time making sure surface was clean, dry and had plenty of time to cure. It has held for a little over a year but 2015 I didn't have my boat on the water for over 8 months. Soooooo, can anyone recommend epoxy that will set this sucker in there like cement?

I don't know what you are using or have tried but this is what I use. I don't have a thru hull transducer but do have one below the waterline live well intake line. I check it annually and so far have not needed to replace sealant. I've read many great reviews on 3m 5200 as well.

I have two packs of the Epoxy Lowrance included with my new Gen 3. You can have them if you want as my transducers are already in place. Just send me a PM with your address and I will ship them.
