    Default Fort Cobb

Fished Fort Cobb yesterday late in the afternoon. I managed to catch 4 crappie that were 10-11" in about 3 hours of fishing. Absolutley beautiful weather, too bad the fishing was slow.

Did you fish the marina? I haven't been fishing for the past two months, our deer season (here in TX) will close in a few days and I'll be after em then. I heard earlier that they was doing good at the marina, but not sure what time day or night it was.

Rig, I did catch them at the marina. I've heard it's been good at the marina, but I've been a few times over the last couple of weeks, and my best outing was the 4 keepers I mentioned. If you get into them when you get back, let me know.

Fishing there has been slow still. Had to work really hard for the 32 fish I got sat/sun night and morning

Wow, 32 keepers! That's a good amount of fish. If you don't mind me asking, at what depth and bait were you using? I went to Carl Blackwell over the weekend and only managed 3 keepers.

I went to the marina anyway. Should have gone somewhere else. Fished hard the whole night and caught a mighty one fish!
