    What time does the dock open and close on Carl Blackwell? If anyone could tell me I would appreciate it very much.Got cabin fever got to go fishin.Thanks Ronnie.

    If the store is closed just drop your payment in one of the yellow boxes. I think the signs say the park closes at 10pm but I have never had an issue night fishing on the dock to the wee hours. Good luck I have not had much luck this year.

    you can fish that dock 24/7... don't worry much about that fee around the normal hours; OSU definitely won't miss 6 bucks.

    They raised the dang thing to like 65 or 70.... I haven't bought one yet. Also, for some reason, an "annual" Carl Blackwell pass runs from June to June, so if you buy yours in September, it still only lasts until June... At least that's how it used to be. It's messed up. You know, I love my school, but they're greedy as heck. You practically can't go number two on campus without having to pay something

    yeah, it makes a guy scratch his head, with all the research opportunities the lake provides you wonder if they are trying to see just how much they can raise the fees and continue to increase revenue. I never understood why I as a student had to pay the daily fees, i'm sure some of my tuition money was going out there.
