    Default Skiatook Lake

Yep...I ventured out to the Dead Sea this afternoon for a few hours. I had several brushpiles that I had set last year and had never ventured out to fish. Guess maybe I should have fished them sooner. All caught on Jigum Jigs.

24ft. I actually put these out for a night bite. The fish were 18ft. deep. I tried shallower earlier in the day, but only caught dinks.

It sure appears that way in the picture. There are a few blacks in Skiatook, and I caught some dinks, but that one was the only keeper.

    Gamblinman,

Don't give up too much information about our brushpiles. Lord knows I worked my a$$ off dropping them in the lake last winter. At Skiatook, there are waaay too many jerks out there that call themselves fishermen, that wouldn't stop at anything to ruin a guys fishing if they're beat to the honey hole. Whatever happened to the 50 foot courtesy rule???
