I fished for about 4 hours that Friday before and caught 3 small fish on brush in 15-20 FOW. The wind made it hard to stay on spot. I figured with the warm up, we might have been fishing a little deep.
Just curious, what was the water temp Saturday and how shallow did most people find fish and in what area of the lake? I am still learning Oologah so looking for some pointers.
Very nice
And with that, I'll see you on the water...

We had a great turn out for our 1st ever Crappie dot com tournament on Skiatook. We had 19 teams fish on a gorgeous day, minus the wind. The weights were very good and most people reported catching bunches of fish. I will ask the teams to divulge more of where and how they caught their fish. We had several BIG FISH caught. Thank you to Mister Bass for hosting the check in and weigh in. Also a big thank you to our Sponsors REDNECK RUBBER AND KEN ROBERSON with TODD HUCKABEE RODS. Thank you to all who helped with the weigh in and registration, it is a group effort. Hope to see all of you at Kaw march 4th and please invite your friends.
I posted the screen names beside the pictures. If you have a screen name that I don't know about, let me know and I will add it.

First let me say thank you to Mister bass for letting us sign up and weigh in there, and all the guys that helped run this tournament. It was great turn out with 19 teams on the first crappie.com tournament ever on Skiatook. 16 teams weighed in fish. With the avg being a little over 1lb. 2.35 big fish and 3 more over 2lbs. We look forward to bringing the trail back to Skiatook what a great lake. EB
The Wister crappie. com tournament will be March 25th on Wister Lake. Check in and breakfast will be from 6 am - 7 am at Bev's Cafe in Wister. Tournament hours are 730 am -330 pm. Weigh in will be at the Quarry Island Pavilion at 4 pm. Come early and have a great home cooked breakfast, then fish one of the best crappie lakes in OK. Hope to see everyone there.
