Iken, at one time I was looking at the Lunds really hard. Now that my income has went South a little, they're on the back burner. By the way, is that a Kodiak Canvas Tent you got there?

Yeah, the Lunds (like most others) have really jumped the price up there. The Kodiak is a great tent but it's an oriental knock-off of the Springbar, made in the USA. That's what mine is. The pricing isn't much different. I got a small one and it's just right for a cot, table and chair with just a little room left over. Great tent. The pic was at Sardis.

I've had old boats all my life...some were iffy on making it back to the ramp each time. My fantastic wife told me this time get a new, top end boat that I won't worry about breaking down all the time. One that will last a long time. So after a LOT of research I decided on a new Ranger Z118 with a Mercury 4 stroke 150 HP. At 58 I don't think I'll ever need another...I hope!

80K for any boat used for inshore fishing is simply nuts! Anyone who would finance a boat for anything over a couple years is Insane unless its a zero interest deal. Ranger is a nice boat just not worth anywhere near what they charge to cover all of their advertising and promotion. Woooohooooo that ought to stir the pot alittle!

For $80,000.00 I can buy several toad-sacks full of Prozac......... enough to make me happy each day for the rest of my life.
