I can't tell from either pic, but do you think this one would work? It's a 360 gph pump, but not sure that the extra 140 gph would make a big difference.

Does anyone know where I can find a 2003 era Rule Pro-Series 500 gph aerator pump or the housing for it? It goes through the hull at a strange angle. I would put a new one in, but I cannot find one with the same angle through the hull. Any ideas?
Thanks,
Peke

No, but thanks, OD. It has a weird angle...not 90 degrees..more like 100 or 105 degree angle. Tracker has to have something different. I will try Bass Pro tomorrow at the Tracker shop. I just didn't want to drive to Tulsa.
I see in the picture that the hose connection is broken, if that's the reason your replacing it you might fix it the way I did mine one day while on the water.
It was a hot summer day and the livewells were full of fish when all of a sudden I was standing in water. After a few anxious moments I discovered that the barbed section of the pump housing had broken thus the water in the boat. Due to the heat of the day and the number of fish in the boxes I was running the pump continuous.
The only stringer I found on board was rusty and useless so my choices were to put the fish in the ice chest with my nice cold adult beverages or turn them loose or get the stupid pump working again. I chose the latter and removed the broken piece of the connector from the hose then clamped the hose directly to what was left of the connector fitting, mine looked just about like yours. It's been a few years now and is still working fine.

Peke, looks like you need the "C" series pump. There are a couple of them on this link: Rule Livewell Pumps
The discharge may have changed a little, but you should be able to use it with no problems.
...or you could just weld it.....
Plastic welding is tough. Hard to get the mig set low enough.
However, I have done wonders with PC7 epoxy doing just that. If you try it. Sandpaper the edges and back on the piece inside and out for good bonding. Let it set 4 or 5 days. If it bonds, it will be almost as strong, if you can't find one at all.
Or if all else fails you can go to your local hardware store and buy the threaded plumbing you need and use a straight suction to your pump. The pumps doesnt need to be thru your transom to pick up. Heck I have done that many times on the old boats I turned..buy cheap fixem up and sale high.....Peke if that model has been discontinued let me know and I would be happy to come down Eufaula way and lend a helping hand....Ranger
