Go to Archerytalk.com for more information on the Oklahoma bowseason. Great sight just like this one. In fact that is how i found this website. Anyhow, the odds of you getting drawn into the MAAP for the recurve hunt is less than your odds of shooting a trophy animal. I was able to hunt it back in 2007 and shot a 139 10 point on the very last morning. Out of 10 or so friend tht i know of that have drawn for that hunt me and another buddy from Duncan, Oklahoma has harvested good bucks there. ANy how if the bucks are that great in Kentucky stay there by all means. goodluck
Yeah, Kentucky is actually the #5 B&C Buck producing state in America right now.
Here is a good video, check out the 293 inch KY Velvet Buck. It had 44 points.

I guess it is pretty amazing, but here in Kentucky Bucks that score over 170 inches, are taken off of Public Land every year.
They took a 196 inch Buck on the shore of Kentucky Lake last bow season in Land Between the Lakes National Recreational Area(LBL).
