And now a word from our sponser:

Hi folks, are you tired of attending regular church services that seem drab and dull, then pay a visit to our church located deep in the hills of southeast oklahoma, its the New Branch Davidian church and we welcome all new comers. Services start at 10am on Sunday morning and we welcome firearms and machetes. (But please, no bozookas, we can't keep replacing the back wall behind the pulpit).

I'm not aware of those technical details, I'm just an ol country boy with a box full of leftover ticket stubs. I don't care if you own the factory where they're made as long as I'm the one drawing the tickets.......... hahahahaha.

Now, before you spend all that dough on having a ticket printed, I haven't committed to any one prize. It may end up being a rubber ducky, who knows other than the shadow.

I'll be heading your way Southern Woman, but it may be after the 1st of the year before I can make it. I'm sure looking forward to seeing you guys. I'm getting lots done on my cabin with all this pretty weather, stuff on the outside I've been forced to let be til the heat went away. It's been beautiful here lately and a sheer joy to be outside and working once again. I'll be updating my building thread in a few days with some new pictures.

But alas, now the moment we've all been waiting for, the next ticket number in our "I'm A Gooberhead That Can't Follow Instructions" drawing is:

    1716137

Check your ticket to see if you're the winner in tonight's drawing......... hold it, you can't check your ticket because you misplaced it......... hahahaha.:D

Sorry folks, running a little behind tonight and just now drew the winning ticket for tonight's drawing: 1716072

If you followed instructions and have the winning ticket number, let me know and I will award you a special prize.

Now, out of fairness, I'm going to give you guys a chance to follow instructions again. Below is an instructional guide to help you hone your skills at following directions. Simple test, just make sure follow and read all instructions before you begin.

First, get a sheet of paper, (a sheet of printer paper will work fine) and write your name in the upper left-hand corner.

    Now you're ready, so let's get with it;

    (1) Put today's date in the upper right hand corner of the paper.
    (2) Next, draw a large circle right in the center of the paper
    (3) Disect the circle with a straight line (like you're cutting a pie in half)
    (4) On the left side of the half-circle, draw two squares.
    (5) On the other side, the right side, draw three triangles
    (6) In the two squares, write 2 different numbers, any number, inside the boxes. Doesn't matter what the number is, just make sure you keep the number inside the square.
    (7) In the triangles, write your birth date with the month written inside the first triangle, the day you were born inside the second triangle, and they year of your birth inside the last and 3rd triangle.
    (8) Now, go back to the two boxes in which you wrote numbers. Multiply these numbers and whatever your result, draw that many Happy Faces inside the half circle where the three triangles are. Just take your time and keep all the happy faces inside the half-moon. Remember, we're giving you this chance to see if you can follow instructions.
    (9) If you followed instructions as given, you should have exactly the same number happy faces as the year of your birth subtracted by the month and day added together.
    (10) Now that you're read all the instructions, omit all steps except for writing your name on the paper and give yourself a big A+. You can follow instructions and no doubt next year at our get-together, you will hang onto your ticket stub.

Anyone making an A+ on this test please make an entry and let us know how successful you are.
