Thanks Dave but Hat is bringing ice cream. Looking forward to seeing everyone. What is the name of the park?
CJ...we're trying to get into the Little River Campgrounds on the West side of the Lake (where the showers are!). The Campsites on the North end of this Campground do not have electricity and 13 of the 30 plus sites with electricity are reserved. Our problem is we don't know what the remaining sites look like. I will be fishing on Lake Texoma on February 16-17 and plan on going over to Pine Creek on Sunday the 18th to look at the sites. I will contact the Corps tomorrow and see if I can drive to the remaining sites. If the gates are locked and I can't drive in we will just have to go ahead and make our reservations. Until I leave for Texoma, I will monitor the Corps web site and check on any additional reservations being made before I can get down there. If it starts to fill up, we will need to go ahead and make reservations.

The northern loop of the camp ground is all nonelectric with no shade.
A Loop has 12 50 amp full hook up sites shaded and close to bathrooms.
G loop has 5 30 amp sites with water and electric. Located on waterfront but long walk to bathrooms. Little shade.
E loop has 9 30 amp sites with water ad electric. Near boat ramp. Close to bathrooms.
There is another loop that I think is "H" loop that is all first come first serve. There are 10 or 15 sites or maybe more I don't remember. The sites all have water and electric and are on the water. These sites aren't listed on the COE web page since they are not reservable. Long walk to bath rooms.
There are three campsites on the far East side of the park next to the group shelter that have water and electric but parking and access is limited.
Camped and fished there several times a year for many years till old age and health issues caught up with me.
Hat55 LIKED above postdavebrown42, dkv thanked you for this post
bigjon, thanks for the information! I think E Loop is going to be our best bet. We usually need about 6 or 7 sites. Several of us are tent campers. Do you know if the sites in E Loop are reasonably suitable for tents? We may also have a couple of travel trailers.
Do you live in that area? Thanks again for you help and come fish with us......dave
