IkenI....I think you are in charge of breading the fish, so do the seasoning the way you like it...I have a feeling it will all get eaten...especially with Hat55 being there!!! I'll do some more research on the cooking oil..thanks for your comments....

I am planning on coming down Saturday. I have a Cajun deep fryer if you need it. Hope to fish Saturday and stay for the fish fry Saturday night. Will help with whatever you need.

2017 Oklahoma Spring Crappie Camp / Schedule of Events / April 7 – 9
The Spring Crappie Camp is scheduled for April 7-9 on Lake Skiatook at the Twin Points Campgrounds. Each site has 110v, 30 amp electrical service and shared water connections (suggest bring a duplex water valve). Each site also has a picnic table, grille and a fire ring. There is a restroom and shower facility nearby. Each RV site is allowed one tent camper, at no extra charge, in addition to the RV or first tent. The normal rental rate is $20.00 (verify) per night and there is a 50% reduction for America the Beautiful Passes.

How to reserve a RV space.
1. Log on to Federal recreation, camping and tour reservation information - Recreation.gov
2. The rental rate of $20.00 (verify) will be required to hold the reservation.

Friday Evening: Hot Dogs & Brauts at Campsite #46, Compliments of Chef IkenI (Floyd Carter) + Chef Bea

Note: Bring a side dish, chips or desert.

Tim, I think we have the cookers covered...thanks for the offer. if you're familiar with the lake, we may need some help about good places to start fishing. Most of us have never fished Skiatook. Looking forward to seeing you again...had a great time at Kaw when we were there for Camp....dave
