If you note it has mounting holes on the feet to mount it to a kitchen wall. He had someone weld a piece of metal with matching holes to a receiver hitch mount to mount it something like a bicycle rack does. Worked great. He had 20lbs of scrubbed taters sliced in about 2-3 minutes. Just put a meat lug under the slicer for them to fall into. Works for portable cookouts. When finished, take it out of the hitch and store it with the cooking stuff.
