I buy these jigs at Bass pro, buy the whole card for a few bucks, I usually rig them on a clip on egg shaped bobber from Walmart, but work great on a slip bobber rig as well, something about the marabou or the channel in it In my opinion. 1/8 oz. hooks bend pretty easy and will pull out of most sticks before breaking off. Very fun way to catch them.

So far, so good. We didn't get any of the flooding rains around Kaw they were talking about.....yet.

Hate to say it but ks might be sending some down that way. We've been getting some solid rain see how the next couple days are.

Got an inch and a half in Kaw City so far. They are calling for the heavy flooding rains tonight 3 to 5 in. Hope it don't happen. Kansas got hammered out west so it will be headed our way. Lake is on the way up.

We got 1.5" at my house in OKC but the suns out now and it's looking good. What's springtime Crappie fishing without high muddy water! At least the weather forecast for Thurs - Sat looks pretty good for the camp. I'm looking forward to it. I'll be setting up Weds afternoon. Hope to see lots of you there.

Darrell can say for sure, but I remember the guy at one stop store sold by the dozen but we got you a good full count.

Clear here now, There is a bait stand in newkirk called blackjacks. He sells by the lb. not real dependable on being open.
