I saw a white boat come through Ponca City today with 10 or more Huckabee rods in it. Which one of you was that?

I am not going to be able to make the camp on Saturday.

Dave is off to a strong start at crappie camp. He caught this 1.91 on a double minnow rig.

Y'all got any party pics to post at camp?

No party pics, but the chow line tonight involved a little pushing and shoving to score the premier 1st person in line.

I had a great time visiting with everyone. Bite wasn't on fire but I think everyone caught fish and the ones we were catching really quality fish in the 1 - 2 lb. range. I want to thank everyone that help make this a great trip we had some really good grub as my bathroom scales show (to many to name). Dstreet thanks for sharing your local lake knowledge on where to find the fish. Looking forward to the next camp. dj

Great weekend!!!! Wish the bite was as good as the grub,,, but that's the spawn for you, Hopefully everyone got a lot more familiar with Kaw, Had a great time fishing with Ft. Gibson Boy and Johnny Shad, them boys can cast and drag in your toilet and pull out a big crappie, I cant hardly fish for watching them, always trying to learn, I need to spend more time leaning boat control for that method. Dipping bite wasn't great for us. Pretty good turnout for a camp that was more than a couple hrs. away for most. Any of you fellas plan on coming back this way give me a shout.. Thanks for giving Kaw a shot. Big Thanks to Dave for putting this all together.
