Uncle! I give up! Bring the tent, mattress, blankets, warming cover and whatever else I need and I will bring an extra blanket and my own thunder mug! lol. I have never camped in my life, so this should be real interesting to say the least! I guess 73 is not too old to give it a try?

Remember (I know its hard) that IkenI offered you a nice size tent and I have a 20" tall twin size air bed with a warming cover, linens, blanket and pillow that you can use. You may want to bring an extra blanket just in case. The restroom building is not too far from our campsite. I'm not sure if there are showers. I will be tent camping also. Merle, I know that you are a lot older that IkenI and me, however, I think you would enjoy camping lakeside. You will be entertained and lulled to sleep by a chorus of birds and frogs under the starry skies of Southeastern Oklahoma.....(can't you just hear the birds and frogs now?). Looking forward to the 1st Geezer Camp!!!!!!!

Huh? Say what? Birds and frogs or whatever don't bother me! Fighter jets at 1000 ft--that's another story! I'm feelin the love already! lol

Less than two weeks to go till the Sardis camp! This one could be on of the best yet. Several of us will be in tents but there are RV spaces there also. I've heard some more good reports from locals about the fish getting ready to turn on. This is a pretty loose camp as far as activities so if you can make it for the whole time, or even a day, it should be a good one. I also heard of a couple of great walleye taken recently. Come on down and use it as a warm-up for our annual big camp.

Billbob at Geezer Camp??? There is a rumor out that Billbob might be coming to Geezer Camp at Lake Sardis!!!
