UPDATE: Summer Camp / June 5-7, 2015 Lake Tenkiller, Snake Creek Campgrounds

It may seem early to start thinking about the Summer Crappie Camp, however, Snake Creek Campgrounds at Lake Tenkiller is a popular area for Summer campers. The Lake Ranger indicated that the camping sites fill up fast, so we suggest you go online and reserve a space now. We are trying to locate our campers in sites # 56 - # 71 (Refer Map). All of these sites have 30 amp electrical service. Sites # 76- #79 have 50 amp service and sewer connections. We have the Pavilion # 001 reserved for our Friday and Saturday night cookouts. It is located near restrooms, showers and a play ground.

Instructions to reserve camping space on-line:

1. Log on to Federal recreation, camping and tour reservation information - Recreation.gov

2. Where: Type in "Tenkiller Ferry Lake, OK"

3. Interested In: Select "Camping & Lodging"

4. Looking for " Select "Any Type of Site"

5. Arrival Date: " Click on Calendar Symbol, click over to June, 2015 and Select Arrival Date

6. Length of Stay: "3" (If you are arriving on Thurs, June 4th and departing Sunday, June 7th.

7. Select "Search"

8. Under Make Reservation select "Snake Creek"

9. Select "Date Range Availability" (Note: the number sequence is odd, so keep selecting "Next" until you find # 56 - #71. We have already reserved # 63, #65 & # 66 ).

10. Select Site Number you want

11. Select"See Details"

12. Select "Book these Dates"

13. You will then fill out Credit Card information . The Website is confusing about the Senior Discount. It will give the discount. They will email you a confirmation letter.
