November 28, 2009 Crappie
I guess a little late to be posting a November 2009 catch but here it is. didn't have scales with me nor a tape, but looks to be 12-14" and a couple of pounds or close to it. I believe this was my personal best Crappie. If you look closely in the 2nd photo you can see the tail of the small crappie inside the mouth. We released it to grow bigger and fileted the big one with the other 17 my brother in law, Mike, and I caught that day. November 28, 2009,

We were surprised too. When I took it out of the big one to clean it, the little one started flopping around. We put it in the bait tank and released it where we caught it the next morning. Told it to go grow up and we would be back..LOL.Originally Posted by deerhunterodie
