Went out today with not to great of luck. Fished red bud, the water intakes and kite hill only ended up with 2 keepers but a nice day out. Both off minnows. I think the lightening creek ramp is pretty much non existant these days, unless you got a good 4 wheel drive or a john boat. Lots of flooding the last 2 yrs, or that was the looks of it deer season.

We went out this afternoon. Very nice day on Oologah. Wind was very light. We fished over brush in 16-22 ft. and the fish were about 12-14 feet deep. It started out slow but picked up around 3:30. We caught over 125 fish and kept 37. I took some pictures with my digital camera that I will try to post tomorrow. I cant seem to find the cord to upload them from the camera to photobucket. The 5 biggest were over 14" and the next 5 were over 13". Caught on electric chicken and blk/char and pink/white.

    Default Sunday

I got up to Oolagah on Sunday!!Probably the 6th time I have been on this lake. We fished from 12:00-5:30 and caught about 15 kept 6 and one 1.5lbs. We were spider-riggin 12-16ft deep over 20-30ft of water. It was a beautiful day but the pressure was way up there I didn't figure on catching in real big numbers. I noticed that more boats were on the water at dark then in the day time. talked to one gentlemen said he had been doing very well at night. He said he had caught several 15-16inch fish this year!!!With the clarity of the water I could see catching some big numbers after dark!! EB
