Fought the wind and some boat issues yesterday, finally got my act together at about 430 pm. Started to catch fish shallow at Spencer Creek. The bite would be hot for 20 min then completely off for 20 min. Minnows produced best for me in 8-20 inches of water. Kept One nice slab and 8 10-12 inchers.

Went out yesterday at 1030 and fished until 3. We fished the south end of the lake and were sitting in 10-12 fow casting RR's to the bank. We caught 60 or so and kept 40. The males were right on the bank and the females were in 5-8 fow. Best color for us was char RR with white body. The females had eggs running out of them when we lifted them in the boat and the males were all dressed up in their black tuxedos.
