Thread: Grand lake archives

Did really good this morning. North end of the lake fishing brush in about 20 fow. 3 of us ended up with 41 keepers in short order.

I've been fishing mid lake boat docks and still having trouble finding keepers. Caught 20 in an hour, but all shorts.
hope to have a better report this weekend.

I will be down there next weekend do you know if they are catching any off the docks on M I. won't be able to bring my boat so stuck to dock fishing next Friday night.

skeet, no info for Monkey Island but I'm sure you'll catch some. It's just the size that isn't great so far. I've been using Bobby Garland's in blue ice and monkey milk along with some hand ties in red head/blue/white. Also used some crappie nibbles and they seem to be making a difference for me. Live minnows have been hit and miss. Not sure on time of day either as I only get to go in the evenings.

Just seen a post on facebook from down at Indian Hills, looks like some good keepers are being caught. May go down this evening and give it a try.

I hit up Indian hills late Saturday night, 3 small dinks in about 2 hours of fishing. Not my most productive night.
