Great photos, SC. I have been following this thread, having never been there. Last night I was talking to DC Crappie Kid and he was telling me about how it was a well set up dock. He has been there several times over the years and knew a person that was involved in building it or something like that. It's only about an hour or so away so I need to try and get up there. Been too wrapped up in other things lately and need to get back fishing a little.

Is the dock that crowded? The one over here by my house if you don't get there early you get drowned out by loud clumsy people.

Yes it can. Lots of casual fisherman/woman using minnows. Won't move and breaking the rules by using more than one pole

Nmolina is right...when the bite is hot, the word spreads fast and it can get crowded. If your not afraid to speak up a few mentions of the rules will usually get those with two poles to pull one in. During the week is not to bad or if you go on a weekend get there early. Sat when I was thwre the inside was full but outside was only me and nmolina. Sun it was me and one other guy in the whole thing.

Fished blackwell today and the bite was HOT. So many limits caught today. Had my wife and daughter with me and we kept 98 fish. Could of kept more but emma got bored. All sorts of colors were working for people today. Bite started good at 730am and stayed pretty strong all morning. If you choose to go...make sure you have fishing license and count your fish. A few people recieved citations today for things that could of easly been avoided. Here is Emma with some of the fish.
