I went last week and it was dead. Not slow but dead...like 8 foot under dead
Any tips or reports on the dock at CB? I'll be in Stillwater this next week and will probably give it a shot.

We went up there Thanksgiving morning with kids and grandkids. One 12"er and one 10"er. One on a minnow and one on a jig. One guy got 3 early. All others got zip.
Needless to say, we made the women happy as we got back in plenty of time for the big afternoon feed.
Have never fished LCB. Planning on trying the dock before long. Does it have lights and heated or no?
It has good lights, but the heaters don't work worth a dime. When it gets really cold, there is usually someone out there with a large electric heater.
Thanks for the info.
Got a few nice fish at the dock the other day. Fishing report by the State said they were in shallow, but all of mine came from about 16 feet. One kid got a small crappie just holding his minnow at the surface.
Glad you found a few Eric. We fished the main lake last week one day and never got a fish. Fished trees out west, the dam, Turkey Hollow and some piles down south. Found several small schools of fish in 8' to 20' of water on trees and brush but couldn't get them to bite any plastics or hair jigs. Didnt try minnows. Hoping they pick up soon. There is a very healthy population of shad in that lake right now. West end of lake was full of them.
Thanks for the report Bigsky!

Josh, I fished quite a while without a bump. Almost went home after an hour and a half. Tried hair jigs, marabou, ice spoons, beavertails, G-Daddy, BGs, all kinds of colors that usually work. Kept four rods busy, tying on various bait combos. Tried from bottom to top, using every technique I know. Finally, used an iceout BG on a 1/16th yellow head, below a 1/64th blue/white hair jig. As soon as I went to 16 feet and just SLOWLY moved the jigs sideways, with a very small occasional twitch, a 14 "er hit the BG, followed immediately by two smaller fish. After that, it was just one here, one there, all on the same technique.
Maybe 15 other people fished during the 5 hours or so that I was there. The only other crappie caught was the one the kid got at the surface on a minnow. Several people went to worms and caught a few bluegills.
