Thread: Kaw lake archives

We fished 12 to 20 ft deep yesterday. Used cut shad.

Fought the wind and found some big old gals today. Didn't weigh any but biggest fish was 16 1/2 inches. Spider rigging in 12 to 18 fow.

Kaw is really strange this year. Not finding huge numbers but catching some giant fish. Ended up with 32 today. Water temp ranged from 54 to 60 deg. I think when it decides whether it's gonna be summer or winter it will get more consistent. Found fish today around 14 ft deep.

Great 1/2 day on Kaw fish were on wood 8 to 12 foot deep. WT was 60. 4 fish over 1.75lbs

dstreet, you and TimY need to come on down to Skiatook for the Saturday cookout. It's not far and you don't need to do anything or bring anything (unless you want to bring a few Kaw hawgs.) Come, eat and visit!

I think Jeff n I are leaving for Millwood on the 6th or I would be there. Missing you fellas. I hope to make eufaula again.
