Dang Ledge that is really sad news. Very sorry as I know that Hydrotherapy is therapy for a lot of guys, not just you. I was without a boat for the first 58 years of my life. The first 16-18 years weren't too bad but after that it got tougher. Hope you are able to get her back up quickly. And hey you don't have to apologize for those sand bass in the tub, those crappie looked lonely and surely appreciated the company. Good luck.

Fished Kaw yesterday, what a bust! The only fish that I, or anyone else I talked to caught, were dinks. Water temp was 43!!!! When I saw that, I should have turned around and headed south . It is amazing, the difference between our northern lakes and southern lakes. Wister was 50 degrees feb 19. Well, I will I comfort myself with the knowledge that I will never waste time trying to catch spawners first up north and that I will have kaw to fish later on after the southern waters taper off.

All that snow melt cooled it way down I guess. I was thinking about going today, now I wonder if I should stay home and plant onions.

About a week ago I fished Keystone and WT was 42! I agree with Achiro, I think it is the melted snow coming from upstream. I'm heading to Keystone later today and if we can get on the water, I'll post temps. Due to the wind however, we may be stuck in the dock!

Let me know how you do on Keystone. I'm from the area but I just have a two-man so all I can really hit are the creeks but they don't have much water in them right now.

I went this afternoon. Water temp was 49-52. Fish I found were on the move and other than a few sandbass, I didn't do any good.

Varmithunter-my friend has a boat at Pier 51 so that's where I normally fish when I'm dock fishing? Where bouts you fishing? My friend likes to bass fish and since it's his boat we usually go in, I'm not doin as much crappie fishing as I would like.
